Bitumen emulsion station produced by UkrBudMash Ltd is designed toproduce bitumen emulsions. The station produces bitumen emulsions ofthe following categories: slow-breaking, middle-breaking andquick-breaking emulsion. Our station is equipped with all necessary units for receipt fitting, emulsion production and emulsion modification of any categories with polymers. All emulsion groups are designed for solving road-building problems such as: patching, preparing old road base for asphalt-concrete, surface treatment, cool recycling.
Currently we have more then 20 bitumen emulsion stations running.
Utilization of bitumen emulsion and road-building technology helps to reduce bitumen consumption and makes road construction and repairing muchcheaper, helps in producing mastics, dopes and emulsions for soft roofcovering. Likewise our plant produces bitumen stations with polymer modification of Butanal 198 and Kraton series. ISO 9001-2000 certified.
